Completed August 2025

This East Boulder project is about finish quality and material character. The main bathroom features handmade Moroccan zellige tile, where every piece carries slight variation in shape, edge, and surface. That kind of material rewards careful installation because the final room needs to feel crafted, not uneven.

The powder room adds a more playful moment with wallpaper and a compact green sink. Together, the rooms show how strong finish choices can give a small space personality while still feeling polished and intentional.

Zellige Tile Bathroom

This bathroom was designed around the texture and variation of handmade Moroccan zellige tile. Because each tile has its own surface and edge, the installation required careful layout and patient finish work so the room felt intentional rather than busy.

Powder Room

The powder room became its own small design moment. Wallpaper and a compact green sink were coordinated so the room feels memorable, playful, and still connected to the level of finish in the larger bathroom.
