This Arapahoe bathroom started with a layout and finish palette that felt stuck in the 1980s: a large built-in tub, dated gold finishes, and two separate single vanities that broke up the room.
Geringer Construction removed a wall and rebuilt the plan around better circulation. The two vanities became one double vanity, the oversized tub area was replaced with a freestanding tub, and the room gained a large shower with a bench plus a separate water closet. The finished bath feels more open, more useful, and much more composed.
